What strategies do you use?

We've seen the mess that occurs when agencies venture off into unknown territory and, in order to avoid any blacklist or other consequence, we make sure that all our strategies follow Google's guidelines and that they are built to convert traffic into clients. We are believers in the power of white-hat strategies that are up-to-date with the latest algorithm and cover the key elements of any successful site design, SEO or PPC campaign in order that they may create a strong foundation online for the client.

What’s communication with Growing Agency like?

We will provide our partners access to our project management system, Basecamp. Most of our communication will occur within Basecamp for organizational reasons. Response and turn-around time is an estimated 1-2 business days but usually depends on the task itself.

What is the timeline for new clients?

New clients have a timeline of approximately 4-6 weeks. The timeline may vary depending on any issues we may encounter or revisions.

Do you offer account management services? 

No, we do not. Our process is set up to help agencies deliver results to their clients, but our team will only interact with you and your agency's team members. If you have any questions regarding a project, we're happy to help by equipping you and your team with key insights.

Do you offer digital marketing training?

At this time we do not offer any training in digital marketing.

Why are all your services prepackaged?

A digital marketing strategy will always be incomplete if the necessary elements are inactive. Our packages help us ensure that we are delivering a well-rounded approach to the digital marketing efforts of any given business and a positive ROI.

Does Growing Agency have a guarantee?

Results are based on a variety of factors, some of which are out of our control. With that being said, our team promises to provide quality services based on proven techniques and up-to-date strategies that comply with Google's guidelines and enhance the online presence of local businesses. We recommend that our Partners set long-term expectations with their clients on services like SEO that take more time to gain traction.

Why do some prices state "starting at"?

Some projects are more complex than others and require additional work, in that case, our team will notify the Partner of any additional charges prior to starting the campaign.

How does billing work?

Partners will be billed using the card on file and sent a receipt for the services. When a new client is onboarded into our system, it typically takes about 1-2 business days for our Partners to be billed for the initial project payment. Once the clients go live, our partners get billed once a month for all active recurring clients at the agreed-upon price points.

Do you offer these services for Partners?

Partners are eligible to apply our services for their own agency sites at the above-mentioned rates.

How should Partners price their offers?

Our partners have different approaches to this, including:

• Doubling or tripling our prices

• Setting a firm price above $2,000 a month

• Starting with a higher initial fee (ex. $2,500) and then lowering it for monthly recurring billing (ex. $1,500 ongoing)

But, of course, the pricing structure has to make sense for you and your business.

Can we negotiate rates?

Our rates are non-negotiable. It is important to us that our team is fairly compensated while still providing cost-effective service to our Partners.

Do you work with businesses outside of the US?

At this time we primarily work with local businesses in the United States of America and Canada.

How many revisions are included?

Typically each project launch gets one revision, however, this may vary depending on the project.
